Pastry Chef - Alisia Custodio

Alisia Custodio, the talented pastry chef behind Brown Bee Coffee's delectable treats, brings a passion for croissants and a commitment to excellence in her craft. During her education at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, Alisia honed her skills in the heart of French pastry making, interning at ENSP in the South of France. There, under the guidance of MOFs-awarded pastry chefs, she fell in love with the art of croissant making.
